2. SEEING OF JUSTICE
   1. God was fair (Nehemiah 9:7-33; 1 Chronicles 13:7-10; Exodus 25:10, 14; Numbers 4:15)
   2. God is fair (Romans 6:23; 3:23-24; Matthew 20:1-16; Acts 10:34; 2 Peter 1:3; Ephesians 3:4)
